30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at gdwlm@163.com. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Sale items and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
